OUR SCOPE OF WORKS:

1. Planning/Design works

• We will present to you plans and perspectives from your basic concepts combined with our own fresh ideas to create better, more imaginative and well organized design.

2. Building Permit Processing and Documentations

• We prepare and facilitate all required set of plans and documents needed and required by different government agencies concerned; including requirements for building permit processing.

3. Construction works

• We supply labor and materials specified and required by the owner. 
• We do the construction end to end from excavation to turnover of completed project. 
• We deliver the completed projects on time with utmost quality, workmanship, safety and soundness of  structures to maintain our company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Standards.

4. Warranty

• Our projects has 15 years warranty for all structural defects.

5. Price & Payment Schemes

• Price ranges from P20,000 to P 28,000 per sq m floor area depending on the materials to be used. 
• Payment scheme is very flexible and can be discussed. 
• A P 20,000 initial payment will be accepted to work with the concept designs and floor plans. After which, we will submit the quotation and proposal contract for owner’s evaluations and approval. 
• Upon approval of the contract, we proceed with the creation of working drawings including the 3D perspectives to see how the building will look like, blueprints, and other documentations for building permits.  Additional payment shall be requested for these works.  Payment for the building permit processing fees will also be requested. 
• Upon approval of bldg permits and before start of construction, we will be asking for down payment of 30% of the total agreed cost.  Progress billing will be applied to the remaining balance every month until end of construction period.
